How do I view prices?

In order to view our wholesale fabric prices, you must be registered with an account. You can apply for an account here. We will aim to approve your wholesale account within 3 days. Sometimes it is same day.  The more info you provide about your business the more likely you will be approved.

Do I have to be registered to place an order?

Yes. As we are a wholesaler that only supplies small to large businesses with fabric, we want to make sure we are protecting our current customers. We must make sure we have all the necessary info before we can approve your account.

Does Wholesale Fabrics specify a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is usually 10 meters per product and colour. However, the minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product. You will find the exact minimum order quantity for your chosen fabric on the product details page above the stock and dispatch information.

There is no minimum spend on our website. UK customers who spend over £350 will receive free delivery.

What if I cannot find the fabric I am looking for online?

If you have searched our website and cannot find the fabric you would like. Please get in touch and we will try and help. Many fabrics in our warehouse are not listed online yet. We can source fabric for you if you are looking for quantities above 50 to 100m.

What if the fabric I like is out of stock?

If the product is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ you can simply click the ‘notify’ me button on the product page.  Once the product arrives back in stock you will receive an email to notify you. If the item is ‘sold out’ this means it will not be coming back into stock.  However, we may have an alternative fabric to suit your needs so please do get in touch.


I have forgotten my login. What shall I do now?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" link on the login page and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you instructions on how to change your password.

Do I receive a discount if I order larger quantities of an item?

We have introduced tiered pricing for many fabrics. So the more fabric you want to buy the more you save.  Should you wish to order larger quantities of an item (above 50m), please get in touch as we may be able to do special orders to meet your requirements.


Can I order samples before I place my order?

We understand that our customers are not always able to come to our fabric warehouse. However, they want to be able to touch, feel and see the product before they buy. Therefore, we offer our customers an option to request 5 samples a month for free.

Please do bear in mind that this is a free service and we operate a busy, large warehouse with thousands of different fabrics.

As such the time allocated to locating fabric for samples is limited. Therefore, if a sample is not sent that does not necessarily mean it is out of stock. If you are still looking to order the fabric, please contact us for further assistance.

Priority will always be given to dispatching paid orders. Therefore, please allow at least 10 working days for sample requests to be fulfilled.

Does Wholesale Fabrics UK Ship internationally?

We do. We ship to countries all over the world with lots of happy customers. As the shipping cost varies so widely we are unable to give you the price of delivery until the items have been weighed and measured. We will not charge your payment card.  Once we know the cost of postage we will contact you to confirm if you would like to go ahead.

How can I be sure of an item’s colour?

We do our best to describe an item's colour in each description we write and the photos we take.  Despite our best intentions, we can never guarantee exact colour match because monitor or mobile colour settings are different on all devices. If you are concerned that a fabric may become sold out by the time you receive your swatch, you can always call our customer service to ask if this is likely to happen with the fabric you are swatching. If you need to match to something else, please ask for samples.

Will VAT be placed on my order?

Our prices are not including VAT. VAT will be added to your order at checkout.


When will my pre order fabric arrive?

Pre Order products will be dispatched when available. Please separate your Pre Orders to your regular order by submitting them separately as shipping on these items will be calculated separately.

What are your customer service hours?

Do you buy clearance fabric?

Yes we do. This is a service we offer to clear out certain ranges of fabrics that businesses no longer want. If you are interested in this service please contact: Robert@wholesalefabrics.co.uk

The security of your data is important to us. All personal data are therefore transmitted via a secure SSL connection. And, of course, your data are not shared with third parties.

To process your order, we must share some data that are relevant with our cooperation partners, such as shipping partners and banks, or our partners engaged in the technical processing of our e-mail dispatch function. All our partners treat your data in confidence in accordance with statutory regulations and use only the relevant data for the purpose of the respective service. Data are not shared with other third parties.

As a customer, you consistently have the right to request information on your personal data that have been stored (scope and purpose).
